We just got back from a little trip to Virginia Beach. My birthday was a good excuse to make Justin take a few days off before his work gets really busy again. We drove down to Virginia Beach and spent a couple days hanging out at the beach and the pool. The only downside was that we went during this massive heat wave! We really couldn't keep Nolan outside for very long. We were going to stay another day and do some more sights in the area, but we decided that it was just too hot. We'll just have to go back! :)
Nolan wasn't a huge fan of the sand, but he was somewhat amused by the ocean. He had fun in the pool. We took our bikes down there and took Nolan for a couple rides in his little trailer. He didn't really like it too much-- I think it was just too hot and he's still a little too small for it. Here are some pictures from the trip:

I still need to post some pictures of our trip to Utah earlier this month which was also a great trip. Nolan really is a good little traveler. He's been a lot of places for a baby!
