Nats Game

Just thought I would post some more pictures of Nolan.  I know I've said this before, but I really can't believe how fast babies get big.  He seems to be doing new things every day.  I think he's getting closer to crawling, so he'll probably be all over the place in another month.  He makes lots of funny noises and grabs, pulls, bangs together, slaps, dives for, and slobbers anything he can get his hands on. He's funny.
Playing in half of his church clothes.

Excited for warm weather so Nolan can wear his rompers :)
Justin called me on Friday afternoon and told me that he may be able to get his company's tickets to the Nationals game that night.  I was a little hesitant because I had some stuff to do to get ready for a bridal shower I was helping with the next day.  Plus, Nolan usually goes to bed around 8:30, so I wasn't sure how he would do staying up that late.  I told Justin that if he got the tickets that we would make it work.

He got the tickets and of course, Nolan wouldn't take a nap that afternoon until about 20 minutes before we were planning on leaving.  He screamed on the Metro (which was of course delayed) pretty much the whole way downtown.  I was definitely regretting my decision and debated just turning around and going home.

However, I didn't realize how AMAZING our tickets were.  They were just to the left of home plate, about 7 rows back (worth $170 a piece).  We had access to an all you can eat/ drink lounge the whole game and could order whatever food we wanted to from our seats.  Nolan was actually pretty good once we got to the game and had fun looking around at everything.  I don't know if I will ever be able to sit in the $5 seats again!!

He was SO tired on the way home.  He was in a total daze and we couldn't do anything to make him smile.  He finally fell asleep on the metro.
These are some pictures from a walk and trip to the park on Sunday.  The weather here really hasn't been that great this spring, but hopefully it will warm up and stay warm soon so we can get out of the house more.

He LOVES swinging at the park.  He cried when we took him out.

We're looking forward to our trip to Niagara Falls next month and some other little adventures we have planned!
