Halloween

We have had lots of fun lately celebrating Halloween.  Since Nolan loves doggies so much, he is of course a dog for Halloween.  :)

Last Friday, Nolan and I went to a pumpkin patch with our ward playgroup.
He realized very quickly that pumpkin stems can be a little prickly.

Much happier!

Playing on the train playground.

With his cute little friend, Izzy.

Nolan and Mommy on the hayride.
On Saturday, we went to the Fall Festival at Mt. Vernon (George Washington's home).
Nolan loved all the farm animals.

Walking around the hay maze.

Petting the horses.

Daddy roasting an apple.

Daddy was really good at the 18th century games.

A mule wagon ride.
Our friends had a Halloween party on Saturday night.  Here is Nolan playing with the other kids.
Tonight was our Ward Halloween Party and Trunk or Treat.  It was lots of fun!

Doing the cake walk with Daddy.

They finally won a cupcake!

Our "Beware of Dog" themed trunk.  Nolan sat back there the whole time playing with the candy in the bowls.

He even started handing it out!!
We love our little doggie!

yay! I love when you post! I am SO bummed you won't be in DC the same weekend as me!! It was the only week I could go though. Anthro changed my schedule with my promotion, so I that was the only weekend I didn't work until December :(
