Graduation!

Justin is officially done with school! He graduated last week with his Masters of Taxation from Arizona State University. Justin's parents and sisters came down for the graduation and got to experience the Arizona heat (we're on our 15th day in a row of temperatures over 100 degrees by the way!) We had a giant slumber party in our apartment for a few days and made great use of our air mattresses.

President Obama was the speaker at the commencement ceremony, which was both a good and a bad thing. I wasn't able to go but they had to be at the football stadium several hours early and sit in the hot sun. I think they got to the stadium around 4pm and didn't get home until close to 11pm. It was quite the ordeal, but I guess it's worth it considering the fact that you don't get to see a U.S. president every day.

Here are some other pictures from the week:
This is a horrible picture but here is Justin walking across the stage:

I am so proud of my husband! I think it's so cool that he has a Masters degree. I'm excited that we don't have to pay tuition anymore and that he can be the bread winner in a few months. Now he gets to spend all summer studying for the CPA exam!!

We're excited for the summer. We're headed to San Diego this weekend for Memorial day, Texas next month, San Francisco for the 4th of July, and back to southern California for Justin's brother's wedding at the end of July. Hopefully we'll have lots of exciting blog posts over the summer! :)
